Another integral part of the successful company is investment strategies, including everything from investor relations to the promises made to investors and how these promises are fulfilled. In the case of many corporations, especially public offerings, the objectives of the stockholders are the number one priority in the Management's paradigm, whereas in another company, the primary goal may only be serving a single private investor who is more intimately involved with day-to-day affairs.
